Fuzzy at the VLA for the lunar eclipse of 2015

Welcome to the Team Toad Astronomy Page

For the last two years, Fuzzy has been focusing intently on night sky photography, especially adding infrared detail using using cameras modified by Spencer's Camera and Photo. On his latest expedition to the Four Corners region of Utah and New Mexico he captured the challenging Double Milky Way shot.

Eclipses

April 8, 2024, Arkansas

Our latest eclipse trip was a last-minute dash to Searcy, Arkansas, because even though the path went right over our house, the forecast was for clouds.

October 14, 2023, Utah

In October 2023 I drove the EcoToad out to Valley of the Gods in Utah to see the annular eclipse.

August 21, 2017, Wyoming

In 2017 Debbie and I went to Wyoming for the total eclipse.

June 21, 2001, Zimbabwe

In 2001 we took most of the family to Africa to see the total eclipse in Zimbabwe.
